By purchasing a film from Treasured Films, you agree to the following:

1. Purchase Agreement

  • You are responsible for reviewing the full listing before committing to buy.

  • Once you complete the checkout process, you enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of the film.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

  • Additional details about pricing and applicable taxes are available on our payments page.

3. Feedback & Revisions

Each film includes two rounds of feedback:

  • First Viewing: You may request changes to music, photos, soundbites, clip selection, and other elements.

  • Second Viewing: You can review the updated version and request final tweaks.

  • After this, we deliver your final cut.

4. Copyright & Sharing

  • For private use (e.g. sharing via WhatsApp, email), there are no copyright or privacy concerns.

  • If you choose to publish your film on public platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), you accept responsibility for any copyright or privacy issues related to the content.

We offer:

  • The option to include a custom-composed soundtrack

  • Advice on potential copyright or privacy concerns

  • Re-editing services (for a fee) to address any flagged issues

Please note: Any advice we provide is for guidance only. Treasured Films is not liable for legal issues arising from public sharing of your video(s).

Material rights and storage

We can return to you all materials shot and provided to create your film and delete from our storage any of the aforementioned materials.  It is your responsibility to advise us if you would like to take advantage of this service.

We do not undetake to guarantee that we will continue to store any of your material.

Promotional use of your materials

We will never use your materials for promotional purposes without your explicit permission.

If you'd like to be featured, we’ll always show you exactly what we intend to use—whether it’s a clip, quote, or image—and get your written approval before publishing anything.

Once published by us, we take full responsibility for ensuring that all necessary rights and permissions have been addressed.

Your trust means everything to us, and we treat your family's stories with the care they deserve.
